You will be managing a caseload of Teaching Assistant Level 3 and Specialist Teaching Assistant Level 5 apprenticeship learners, both remotely (via telephone, video, email) and visits to the learner in their place of work. Providing mentorship and coaching to the learner through to completion of their Teaching Assistant apprenticeship qualifications.
