Responsible for delivering our industry unique Solar PV Installation programme that supports construction novices to progress to qualified installer status over 12 weeks. You will be responsible for leading theory and practical lessons for classes of up to 20 learners with support from our workshop technician for vocational sessions. You will ensure that all learner paperwork and records are maintained to high levels of accuracy and that the pastoral needs of learners are supported to help them sustain and achieve on programme. You will be involved in recruiting learners to the programme and actively communicating with colleagues and stakeholders about its benefits.
