Are you a qualified Assessor with experience within the hospitality sector? All you need is a passion for what you do, the desire to share your knowledge and skills with others and solid occupational experience of working with food up to Kitchen Manager level AND/OR experience of working in a FOH capacity (which could include Food and Bar, Housekeeping, Reception and Conference and Events). We provide the rest.
As an Assessor (or Regional Trainer as we call them) you will visit individuals in the work place and use your experience and training to deliver assessment, learning and guidance to help them achieve their qualification.
Through a comprehensive, onboarding programme we will support you in achieving your Assessor qualification and get you up to speed in your new role so that you can deliver an exceptional experience to your learners. This is where your knowledge and experience can have a life changing impact.
As well as ‘growing our own’ talented assessors, we are also interested in hearing from already qualified Assessors with sector experience.
