We are recruiting for a skills coach with knowledge and understanding of the transport sector specially in rail. Our client operate differently to other providers. Skills Coaches, support and embed the learning after each workshop. Their team of experienced trainers deliver the skills in the workshops. Allowing the two teams to work together to deliver the standards in an innovative and engaging way. Skills Coaches are home based delivering the vast majority of their sessions live online. Most sessions are group sessions, and they have a dedicated team that deliver Functional Skills.
