We are looking for a Quality Performance Specialist/Lead IQA to drive the centre s quality performance and improvements to provision in all subject areas (including functional skills), champion excellence in teaching, learning, assessment, and behaviour management strategies as part of prison education.
This will include lesson observations, coaching and mentoring the team in relation to teaching and learning as well as leading on EQA visits.
