The Job
- Assessing in customer services level 3 and compliance and risk for the banks and building societies. Seeking a qualified assessor who has experience in this assessing in banking industry/financial services
- Useful if the new relationship management 6 financial services/banking but not essential for this role
- To ensure learners files are fully compliant with SFA requirements
- To ensure learners remain on programme by carrying out progress reviews and assessment at regular interval either remotely or face to face
- To fully engage with employers during the whole of the learning journey
- To conduct sign up meeting
- To induct the learner onto the apprenticeship training programme and develop a learning plan
- Must have TAQA or A1 or D32/D33 Award
