You will ensure a caseload of Apprenticeship & Diploma-only learners achieve their Health and Social Care qualifications (Level 2/3 or Levels 4/5, depending on your competence). Responsibilities include conducting monthly progressive visits (remote and face-to-face), supporting learners, and ensuring timely qualification completion.
