You will work closely with the Head of Operations to deliver a range of commercial training qualifications specifically in Construction and Roofing industry workforces to demonstrate skills. This includes delivering a range of NVQs for managers and installers, as well as progressing towards delivering a range of qualifications. Key responsibilities include managing associate assessors, contributing to the company's strategic direction, marketing, ensuring compliance with industry legislation, and delivering training.
